Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. During processing your payment is being confirmed and your order is being packed.

Shipping

Please allow 3-4 business days for shipping. During shipping your order is dropped off to UPS and scanned in. You will begin to see movement within 24 hours.

Please check the email you provided for your tracking information.

You will receive your order within a total of 9 business days, if not sooner.

If you have not received your order on the 9th business day, please email us with your order number.

Returns

We do not accept returns.

Refunds

Due to sanitary purposes, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Chargebacks

Once your order has shipped and you decide to dispute the transaction with your bank, you will be blocked indefinitely from our website.
